Services

TLC Travel and Tours provides travel agency services including flight ticketing, tour package arrangements, and visa assistance. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability
• Quotations are valid for the period specified in the proposal
• Full payment or deposit is required to confirm bookings
• Payment terms will be outlined in your Statement of Account

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, and tour operator. Cancellation fees may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms. TLC Travel and Tours service fees are non-refundable.

Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and health certificates. TLC Travel and Tours provides visa assistance but does not guarantee visa approval.

Limitation of Liability

TLC Travel and Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. We are not liable for service failures, delays, or cancellations by airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers.
